Team names: Hapoel Kfar Giladi (1972-1978), Hapoel Galil Elyon (1978-1997), Pelephone Galil Elyon (1998-1999), Hapoel Galil Elyon (1999-2002), Hapoel Galil Elyon (2002-2006), Altshuler Saham Galil Elyon (2006-2008), Hapoel Gilboa-Galil Elyon (2008-2009), Hapoel Gilboa Galil (2009-)
In 2005 Hapoel Gilboa/Afula and Beitar Migdal Haemek merged making Gilboa/Afula/Migdal Haemek
In 2008 Altshuler Saham Galil Elyon and Gilboa/Afula/Migdal Haemek merged and changed the name to Hapoel Gilboa-Galil Elyon, Afula part away on its own in the 2nd division
In 2009 Galil Elyon was re-established splitting from Hapoel Gilboa-Galil Elyon, as a lower division team

2020-2021: Balkan League: took 1st place (4-0) in Group B of Stage One, took 1st place (3-1) in Group F of Second Stage, lost to Hapoel Holon 77-81 in the Semifinals (!!!)
