FC Porto are U16 men's national champions for a third consecutive season, edging Sporting CP in a tense final at the Final Phase in Santo Tirso to lift the trophy once again.
The title game was contested to the final minutes, with the young Dragoes pulling clear in the closing stages to secure the victory and extend their dominance of the age group.
