Founded: 1976 (as BC Azot in Tolyatti)
Re-founded: 2009 (as Krasnye Krylia) replaced bankrupt CSK VVSIn 1991 city Kuybyshev changed its name to Samara (held it before) In 2002, CSK VVS was refounded and merged with BC Samara, to form a new club called "CSK VVS - Samara". In 2015 the team withdrew from the league and later on was replaced by newly founded CSK VVS Samara Team names: BC Azot Tolyatti (1976-1977), BC Stroitel Kuybyshev (1977-1991), BC Stroitel Samara (1991-1993), CSK VVS (1993-1994), BC Samara (1994-2002), CSK VVS (2002-2009), Krasnye Krylia (2009-2013)
