History:

Founded: 1991
Former name: KB Peja, until 2001 when Ekrem Lluka buys the club and renames it to KB Dukagjini (Dukagjini is the company named after the region), In 2005 the name changed back to BC Peja (2005-2018), KB Penza (2018-)

2015-2016: Balkan League: took 1st place (7-1) in Group B of the First Stage, took 3rd place (2-4) in Group D of the Second Stage
2016-2017: FIBA Europe Cup: took 4th (last) place (1-5) in Group G of Stage One; Balkan League: took 1st place (7-3) in Group B of First Stage, took 3rd place (3-3) in Group D of Second Stage, lost to Kumanovo 83-79, 80-86 in the Semifinals (!!!)
