Founded: 1945 (basketball section was established in 1989)

In July 1945, the original Czarni Slupsk team was formed, by railway workers who moved from Kraków to Slupsk after World War II.
Team names: Gryf (1987-1988), Alkpol-Czarni (1997-1999), Brok-Alkpol (1999-2001), M&S Okna (01), Brok Czarni (2001-2002), Czarni (2002-2005), Energa Czarni (2005-2017), Czarni (2017-2020), Grupa Sierleccy-Czarni (2020-2024), Icon Sea Czarni (2024-)
2018: Czarni Slupsk went bankrupt, was re-activated later that year
